Job Summary
We are seeking a Director of Installation to join our team. The successful candidate will lead, mentor, and manage the installation team, and serve on the senior leadership team

What you bring to the team:
10 years of proven experience managing people in a construction environment or technology environment
Are an experienced project manager
A professional background in audio visual integration is preferred
Experience managing a highly skilled technical workforce
Leadership Team experience will be considered an asset
Experience in an EOS organization will be considered an asset
What’s will be expected of you:
Able to operate in a fast paced, team driven, executive role
Facilitate weekly level 10 meetings, and participate in leadership team meetings (Weekly, Quarterly, and Annually)
Manage installation workforce - facilitate performance reviews, negotiate compensation, coordinate staffing levels, and coordinate employee development
Oversee the project management team. This team is responsible for managing projects, schedules, and installations at a regional level
Able to offer technical assistance on advanced projects would be considered an asset
Solve issues, remove roadblocks, and set the installation team up for success
Report on Installation team metrics
Manage Installation team budget
